So no texting while driving.... and tinted windows up to 30% on the front if all you've got is 35% in the rear. For SUVs, Vans, or other vehicles which have factory tinted rear windows... only 50% tint allowed on front windows.

Tinted windows would be nice to have again, I stopped tinting my windows years ago because I didn't want to deal with the legal headaches.

^^^^ We get no love because non-Asians don't believe we actually need sunglasses since we're in perma-squint mode. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lmao.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lmao.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lmao.gif)

Hmmm...you should see the sunvisors in the Elise, I'm not sure which car's sun visors are smaller and therefore not as effective.

Psh, Crossfire sun visors arn't much more helpful, don't go sideways either. It could come in handy sometimes. Anyway, dosen't matter, since the roof is so convex your head is up in the dome so it dosen't shine much.

Anyway, looks like the bill is slowly making rounds and getting through most of the committees. I figure if it got through on such a margin and all the other comittees are passing it no issue (including transport in senate and vehicles in house) so its all on its right way...granted some odd surprise might happen but I think being optimistic about it and beliving it shall pass isn't a long stretch.

I might as well go do it now before everyone else rushes to do it. I figure the amendment should be up within a few weeks. So, where do I go now to get it done?

Agreed, but even with a veto with such an overwhelming majority it is only a matter of time. (yes I know it can all change around quickly but I have faith....(wow can't believe I said I have faith in the government....)).

Yep officially passed both houses. so can't take more than 90 days in theory now. Effective immediately once it's got a bit of a scribble on there, love it. So do any of our sponsors do tints? If not, anyone want to recommend someone? Perhaps a "group buy"? LOL
